Beginners Mat Pilates
Become familiar with the Pilates method, learn to isolate and activate specific muscle groups. Provides the support, encouragement and reassurance that every beginner needs. The class is set at a comfortable pace that helps you get back in the swing of exercise without pushing too far, too soon.
Intermediate/Advanced Mat Pilates
A faster pace class with less rest between each exercise. The class challenges core muscles, enhances coordination, balance, and endurance while focusing on developing a powerful core, increased flexibility and strength. Emphasis is on alignment and breathing to help rebalance and restore the body.
Barre
Barre is a low impact, high intensity, whole body workout that incorporates ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, cardio and strength training. The class focuses on proper alignment and high reps of small range movements that create long, lean sculpted muscles.
